VIII Latino Film Festival Elgin in collaboration with the 36th Chicago Latino Film Festival

Latino Film Festival Elgin, the annual event that promotes the Hispanic culture will be on April 17, 18 & 19 with independent productions from Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Peru. This event is a satellite of the 36th Chicago Latino Film Festival.
The kick off on Friday April 17 at Elgin Community College, will open doors of Spartan Auditorium at 5p.m., with the Mexican film Emma, followed by a reception.
On Saturday April 18 at 5p.m. & 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 19 at 5 p.m., movies will be shown at Marcus Theatres, 111 S. Randall Road in Elgin.
Saturday April 18 at 5 p.m. from Dominican Republic: Tomorrow don’t forget.
And at 7 p.m. there will be a showing from Costa Rica: Attachment.
Sunday at 5 p.m., from Peru: Papa Youtuber.
WHY: Latino Film Festival Elgin brings together audiences to celebrate, understand and appreciate various aspects of the Hispanic culture.
